Europe has no direct access to either the courtyard or Northwood Street, it does however offer views into Asia, Africa, The Americas and the A4 room. It has a high ceiling with skylights that can, with some effort, be blacked out and a large blank white wall these elements combine to make it feel spacious. There are ramps down into Asia, The Americas and The A4 Room from Europe. It has a production office in one corner and a small blank empty room in the South Western corner.
This space key to Birmingham Opera's production of The Wedding and the focal point of Stan's Cafe's Of All The People In All The World. Its architecture was beautifully integrated into Dudendance's Spaceman and Birmingham Rep built a self contained theatre in this space to house The Rememberers.
