The Americas is in many ways @ AE Harris' most spectacular space.
It's 33m length and relatively narrow width makes it a very dynamic space.
Its south facing widows provide a great view of the City Centre.
With skylights and high level north facing windows the room has fantastic
natural light, blacking this space out is annoying but has been done twice
and it gets easier each time. Investments in 13amp sockets and a huge 3phase
extension cable mean this space is now fully powered up.
With its own double doors into the courtyard this room acted as the audience's
entrance to the venue for Kindle's spectacular Eat Your Heart Out, as well
as Stan's Cafe's Of All The People In All The World and Giant Steps.
Its shape was ideally suited to Stan's Cafe's The Cleansing of Constance Brown,
24 Hour Scalextric and The Just Price of Flowers - you can tell it is our
favourite space.
